About MVCA

MVCA  is a  "charitable, not for profit"  organisation, run solely by a Volunteer Committee and a team of Volunteers.   There are no paid staff.

MVCA is run by a Management Committee of 10 volunteers from wide and varied backgrounds including finance, defence, nursing, social work, local government and administration.  There are a team of volunteers who support the Centre by doing tasks such as garden maintenance, administration, cleaning, assisting in the Op Shop, sorting,events, building maintenance and many more. Everyone at the Centre works for the benefit of the Mooloolah community, and the positive flow-on effects are felt throughout the Mooloolah Valley postcode area.

Our organisation's target group is all residents living within the 4553 postcode area.  Our aim is to promote health & well-being in our community, by offering the locals a welcoming, non-discriminatory, inclusive, pro-active community hub, where people can come together for activities, education and social interaction.

MVCA Inc. is registered with the A.T.O. & the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission, as a charitable, not for profit entity.
