Mooloolah Valley Community Association Inc. (MVCA) Constitution

Introduction

As a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission, MVCA has a governing document (called the Constitution) which sets out its charitable purpose, its not-for-profit basis and how the governing body of the charity (the committee) makes decisions and consults members.
